Observation of fluorescence optical slices, spectral detection from 400nm to 700nm allowing to separate overlapping emission spectra, transmission, Nomarski Interference Contrast (DIC).
Fully motorized stand for automated time-lapse, multi-position and mosaic acquisitions. Automatic shading correction and stitching.
Incubator controlling temperature from 25 to 50°C and CO2 supply.

- Axio Observer Z.1 motorized stand (Zeiss)
- Excitation: Laser diode line at 405nm (30mW); Argon line at 458, 476, 488 (25mW) 496 and 514nm; DPSS line at 561nm (15mW); Helium Neon line at 633nm (5mW)
- 2 PMTs detectors for fluorescence
- 1 more sensitive GaAsP spectral detector for real-time spectral acquisition
